Becky Basile, CMM, HMCC, DES

Founder & CEO
Based in Orlando, FL

Becky has been in the meeting and events industry for 23 years, working for large organizations, including the celebrity-infused Chicago Ideas Week, BioScience Communications, and Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Her strengths include her versatility, formed from broad experience in healthcare meetings, and the ability to rapidly scale effective teams. She has planned meetings and events in Europe, Asia, North and South America, and worked with high-profile persons, including George Lucas, Bryan Cranston, Sean “P Diddy” Combs, M. Night Shyamalan, and Dapper Dan. 

Bonnie Kaye Stanley, CMP, HMCC

Operations Director
Based in Phoenix, AZ

Bonnie has been in the event industry for over 20 years and has managed accounts and teams globally. She has been involved with the stewardship of new business acquisition and implementation for most of her career and has proven successful in building the best team for the customer’s needs. She has held a Certified Meeting Professional designation for over 16 years and has a Healthcare Meetings Compliance certification. Bonnie has experience in managing events and various types of venues including hotels like Mondrian, museums and campus space for Motorola, and city street and park space for First Friday. She also co-owned and managed Phase 54 music studio and live performance venue.

This MBA-style program is offered by Meeting Professionals International (MPI) in collaboration with Indiana State University. The program focuses on Business Management, Leadership, and Meeting Management. It is targeted to senior level professionals, requiring at least seven years in the industry.

Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)

Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)

The CMP program is the most common accreditation in the Meetings and Events Industry. It is managed by the Events Industry Council and requires a minimum of three years of industry experience before taking the CMP exam.

Digital Event Strategist (DES)

Digital Event Strategist (DES)

The DES course is offered by the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA). It offers access to top experts in the business events industry who discuss digital event models and how to stay two steps ahead with innovative virtual and hybrid experiences.

Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certification (HMCC)

Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certification (HMCC)

This designation is also offered by MPI. It indicates completion of coursework around healthcare meetings compliance, process reporting, submission timelines, Transfer of Value (TOV), Open Payments legislation, and other global compliance initiatives.
